This Chablis is characterized by freshness, power and tenacity. The bouquet displays a dominance of mineral notes, along with the delicate touches of citrus fruit (lemon and grapefruit) Layers of flavour. Stone fruit and soft white flowers on the nose. Long, long finish with just the right amount of acidity

Bernard Defaix’s vines in the appellation Chablis spread over 12 hectares.  This wine is aged in stainless steel tanks so as to respect the typicity of the appellation.
