This is a well-known double cream cheese from the Delin creamery. This Burgundy cheese is a must for big or small creamy cheese amateurs. Handmade and ladled, it is a high-quality cheese that should be discovered by the people of this region. It has a thick but tender rind and a golden yellow rind that is creamier than cream, hence its name.
FLAVOUR: The taste is buttery and slightly tart, revealing rich notes of crème fraiche.
HOW TO SAVOUR: Take out a baguette and arm yourself with a cheese knife, this is all you will need to savour the Grand'Crème. It is also very good on pasta or directly in the mashed potatoes.
